This programme is designed to provide general business knowledge and skills in marketing, human resource management, innovation and change in business operations in context to the New Zealand business environment.

Aim

This programme is designed to provide general business knowledge and skills in marketing, human resource management, innovation and change in business operations in context to the New Zealand business environment. It also equips students with practical and technical skills together with core people skills, core cognitive and core affective skills, attitudes and values that can be applied in a range of operational roles in New Zealand. This qualification provides opportunities for students to interact with the 'real-world' within a work-integrated learning environment and thus emerge as full-fledged work-ready graduates in a complex and ever-changing business world. Graduates will be thus able to contribute to the achievement of operational objectives of business organisations in an ethical manner within a bi- and multi-cultural environment. The programme further transitions students by providing specialised knowledge and skills for application in operational roles in Accounting and Administration & Technology in New Zealand business entities.
